Meat

We're proud to serve the highest quality, locally raised meats at a reasonable price to Squamish, BC. Our highly skilled butchers make sure your questions are answered and your cuts are top-tier.

Beef

We’re proud to supply Prairie Ranchers beef, some of the highest quality beef Western Canada has to offer. Prairie Ranchers beef is grass fed and finished and AAA rated. The cattle are raised with special consideration for animal welfare, the land they’re raised on, and producing top quality, nutrient dense beef. We also provide a limited number of dry-aged beef cuts, aged for 21-45 days to maximize tenderness and flavour. Talk to your butcher to pre-order.

Poultry

We source our poultry from some of the best farms in BC. It’s raised without antibiotics or hormones on a non-GMO all veggie diet, and the majority of the feed is grown right there on their farm. This means you get high quality protein that’s both healthy and delicious every time.

Pork

Our pork comes from BC farmers located in the Fraser Valley. They’re grain fed and raised without the use of growth hormones or antibiotics. Delicious, lean and versatile, there’s a reason pork is among the most popular proteins. From bacon, to loin chops, to porchetta - we’ve got your pork needs covered.

Lamb

Our lamb is raised by a collection of like-minded farmers from the Peace Country region who are committed to animal welfare and producing high quality lamb. The lamb are grass fed and grain finished giving it a smooth flavour and high quality marbling.

Sausages

We make all of our sausages in-house using high quality meats, herbs and spices. They range from wholly classic, to unique, center-of-the-plate flavours. We’re always working on new recipes, so keep an eye on the case and our instagram for the latest varieties.

Ready To Eat

Our ready-to-eat items are made fresh in-house, or locally sourced, using the highest quality ingredients. We change our RTE menu regularly to keep our menu fresh and our ingredients fresher, so keep an eye on the case and our instagram for updates!

Sandwiches

Our all-star hot sandwiches are packed with flavour and high-quality, fresh ingredients. We skimp on neither meat nor cheese, and make our relishes and pickled veg in-house to give it that full, fresh flavour. When you come for lunch - come hungry!

Deli Salads

Every great meal has sides that rival the main - and we make our deli salads with that in mind. Whether you’re popping in for lunch, or putting together a last minute meal for the fam - our deli salads have you covered.

Pies

The ultimate in comfort food, our meat pies are made in-house with top quality meat & veg, house made gravies, and buttery, flaky pastry. We switch up most varieties to keep things seasonal, but our Chicken Chowder Pie is a house favourite and shop staple.

Soups & Broth

Our fresh and hearty soups are made in-house with seasonal ingredients and high-quality, local meats.

Our broths are sourced locally from like-minded butchers. They’re rich, delicious and nutrient dense, making them perfect to drink as-is or to use as a soup base.

Jerky

Heading into the mountains for the day? Pick up a pack of our locally made, locally raised beef jerky to fuel your adventure. Made simply with grass fed beef and enhancing spices, this jerky really lets the natural flavour and texture shine.

Charcuterie

Win your next dinner party with a board of our locally made charcuterie. Charcuterie has been made for hundreds of years by curing meat, salt and enhancing spices, which makes for delicious, complex, but approachable flavours. Our charcuterie is traditionally made, but uses local ingredients and responsibly raised meat.
